Pilot terms.
Last updated 2 Nov 2026
In short
- The founding school pilot runs for the rest of the 2026-27 school year, free.
- After that, founding schools get 50% off their first full year.
- You can stop at any time and download your records first.
- We never name your school on our website unless you agree in writing.
Who it’s for
Up to 10 UK schools and colleges that run the EPQ or an NEA subject.
What we give
- Askel, free for the rest of 2026-27
- Setup help, and a direct line to the maker
- Early access to each NEA subject as it’s built
- A say in the build order
What we ask
- Use it with at least one EPQ or NEA group
- A 20-minute feedback call each half term
- A short case study at the end, if it worked for you
Data
Your school signs a data processing agreement before any students are added. The data protection pack has the full details.
Ending the pilot
Either side can end the pilot at any time. You can download your records first. We delete your school’s data when your retention date passes.
