The school signs a statement that each student did at least 4 days.
Students can’t collect data as a group until their proposal is approved.
The Eduqas sample is due in March, two months before the others.
Every feature sits under one of the five steps.
Each day, who went and what they did. It produces the statement for the board.
Group data collection waits until the proposal is approved.
Where each dataset came from, and who collected it.
So you can show the write-up grew over time.
Data, photos and the write-up stay where your school keeps them. Askel keeps links, dates and a fingerprint of each file.
Board dates are fixed. Your school’s dates are Askel’s defaults, and you can change them.
AI tools, like ChatGPT, can write or change text for you. JCQ’s rules apply to every board: students say which AI tools they used, and keep their prompts and what the tool gave them. Each board adds its own notes.
Askel has no AI in it, and never sends students’ work to AI companies.
We’ll tell you when Geography reaches pilot, and ask what you need first. Pilot schools can move a subject up the order.
We check these again each September, when the JCQ documents change. Spotted something out of date? Tell us.
